As your Buyers Agent I Pledge myself to:
1.look
at every property with RE-SALE in mind.
Your
home purchase will most likely be the biggest investment that you will
ever make, and eventually you will probably sell that home. I will point
out to you advantages and disadvantages the property will have in the
market place. I will show you what you can do to build equity quickly and
I will counsel you as to the resale value of the property. I will let you
know if I think you are making a bad decision, but ultimately it is always
your decision and I will act accordingly.
2.explain
my fiduciary responsibility to you as my principle.
I will do
everything I can to look out for your best interest.
The
traditional fiduciary duties include: obedience, loyalty,
disclosure, confidentiality, accounting and
reasonable care and diligence.

3.show
you how to write a "GOOD CLEAN OFFER" to the seller.
For every action you take on a purchase agreement there will be a
reaction from the listing agent and or seller. I will show you how
to write a "good clean offer" on the property of your choice at the same
time we will have contingencies in the contract that will protect your
best interest as well.
4.counsel
and assist you in choosing the mortgage company and loan program that best
suits your needs.
Choosing the right lender and loan type is very important to the success
of the transaction. I know several lenders that do a great job and I will
coordinate with whom ever you choose to make sure your transaction runs
smoothly through the closing of the sale.
5.be
your MAIN contact throughout the entire process.
Life
will be a lot simpler for you if you do not have to schedule and
co-ordinate with inspectors, surveyors, lenders, title people, repairmen
and all of the other people needed to put together a successful
transaction. I will see to it that all of the miscellaneous items of your
transaction are done before close.
